Riders do not require a membership.

Passengers must be determined medically stable before requesting use of the van, if assistance is require, please bring a caregiver along to assist you.

When rider is booking, please notify as to where pick up will take place, where rider needs to go, and approximately how long the outing or appointment will take (riders will be picked up 15 minutes before appointments to ensure they arrive on time).
